Triple P Pasta Salad

  • 1 box pasta spiral or bowtie
  • 2 cups fresh peas
  • 2 6 oz jars pesto
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Fresh Basil minced
  • shredded Parmesan cheese optional


  • Boil pasta according to directions. Drain. Do not rinse. Set aside.
  • Add peas and pesto and coat evenly.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and cheese.
