Triple P Pasta Salad
- 1 box pasta spiral or bowtie
- 2 cups fresh peas
- 2 6 oz jars pesto
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Fresh Basil minced
- shredded Parmesan cheese optional
- Boil pasta according to directions. Drain. Do not rinse. Set aside.
- Add peas and pesto and coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh basil and cheese.
