Sandy’s Collard Greens
- 1 small pkg turkey tails
- 30 collard greens
- 3 jalapenos
- Greens seasoning
- Cover turkey with water and cook on low for about 2 hours or till tender.
- Wash, remove stem, and cut collards and add to turkey and cook on medium high for 1 hour.
- Add chopped jalapenos and leave seeds in only one for heat.
- Add greens seasoning to taste and cook an additional hour or until as tender as desired.
